Par Place Senior Living is a family-owned business run by Roy & Gina Sanchez. Roy & Gina have been residents of Placer County since 1999. They have raised 3 active children in Rocklin and enjoy being part of their community.

Prior to opening Par Place Senior Living in 2013, Gina helped reopen and reestablish an existing residential care home in Rocklin. She was also instrumental in establishing a new facility in Roseville a few years later. Gina was able to manage both facilities before she decided to venture on her own and open Par Place. Because of her experience, she was able to create a home that has a relaxed, comfortable, warm and intimate feeling.

Roy and Gina feel fortunate to be able to care for the elderly in their community. It is not just a job, but a passion to give and provide the best services for those that have chosen Par Place as their home. Since Par Place is their only facility, Roy and Gina can dedicate ALL their attention to caring for their employees and residents as well as continuously improving their care home and environment.
